  • The best implants and biomaterials

30 years of experience, thousands of implants placed.

Dental implants are small screws with which tooth roots are replaced. They make it possible to restore the physical appearance and chewing function of patients with partial or complete loss of teeth. Dental implants are designed to be used in the maxilla or mandible to provide support for prosthetic restorations that restore teeth. By fusing with the bone, implants make it possible to make a variety of restorations – from single crowns that restore a single missing tooth to bridges that cover the entire dental arch or overdentures, for which they provide anchoring elements. Dental implants are manufactured from titanium – a biocompatible and extremely durable material with a high degree of hardness. In our clinic we recommend and use only the best implants manufactured by the leaders: the companies Nobel Biocare, Straumann and Astra Tech.

To whom can implants be inserted? – Patients whose health condition allows for oral surgery.

Who exactly should consider implants? – Patients who will be diagnosed with factors that may adversely affect the ability to restore bone or adjacent soft tissues (e.g., connective tissue diseases, corticosteroid treatment, bone infection, smoking) must make a detailed assessment with their dentist of the potential risks and benefits of placing dental implants.

In cases where there is not enough bone tissue for implant insertion, we use reconstructions with Bio-oss materials or autogenous bone. In this way, we can rebuild the bone in height or width, as well as raise the floor of the maxillary sinus (sinus lift). In more complicated situations, we are able to perform lateralization of the inferior alveolar nerve. With soft tissue deficits, we use various advanced treatments to restore them, allowing us to regain not only function but also aesthetics.
